WHEN SHOULD I TAKE IT?
Best used 1/2 an hour before working out to help aid performance, and then again post-workout (ASAP) to assist in muscle recovery, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Take one teaspoon (5g serve) 1-2 times a day. Simply dissolve it in a glass of water, smoothie or pre/post-workout drink.
Creatine monohydrate (100%).
