Chaga is a healing mushroom, not only does it provide you with great health benefits, but it also heals the Birch trees it grows on by creating a symbiotic relationship. Many medicinal mushrooms contain an abundant source of antioxidants, however, the Chaga mushroom contains the highest concentration of superoxide dismutase (SOD) than any other medicinal mushroom.
